if you've completely missed this Friday Night Lights reference, you don't really deserve to be conscious right now, but we'll let it slide and hope you never contribute to any popular culture conversation in the near future. anyways, those of us with DirecTV (or those of us who sometimes stumble across the show elsewhere), season 4 is over and we must replace our time with other things. (after this great promo video)
Other thing number one:
Ben Sollee and Daniel Martin Moore. Playing @ Grimey's TOMORROW at 6 and then later at Mercy Lounge. Ben is a CELLIST and songwriter. From Kentucky. Album out on Sub-Pop. Also, did I mention he's from Kentucky? The bluegrass state? He's escaped! I don't know much about Daniel, but after we hang out tomorrow I will fill everyone in.
"If I wounded you, i'm sorry. it happens all the time." what a brutally honest line. This song is badass. That's all I've got. (I like to put pictures of artists up, because let's face it: everyone wants to know whether there going to see just ear candy or ear and eye candy. It's almost not worth it if you don't want to gawk at the stage)
