i nearly cried this was so funny. thank you, wyatt. in other news, i've been doing a bunch
of phone interviews over the past few days with bands, so keep a look out on here and
Ear It Now. I've talked to The Poison Control Center, Pet Lions, and The Literary
Greats. What I'll probably end up doing is putting some of the less "informative" interview
stuff up here and put the full articles on Ear It Now. also. thank you to grimey's, the worlds
greatest record store, where i left my keys on saturday after enjoying record store day more
than the average person.
Oh my goddddd, I'm like, ten years late and saying what everyone else on every blog has been
saying, but, like, oh my goddddd that new Dr. Dog album is so yummy! I'm so indie and cool!
best lyric? I JUST CAN'T SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR YOU.
this album is a straight-through listen of deliciousness. i hope there are no wedding rings in
this band.
Dr. Dog: Later
oh, and for all you nashville folks, make sure you get to rites of spring this weekend. phoenix,
passion pit, cold war kids, ben harper, DRAKE!!!!!!, etc... so, let's watch the ungodly good
phoenix blogotheque sesh. quote from caitlin stubner, "thank god that guy is the lead singer of
phoenix or he would have never gotten laid." definitely a fair statement.
Phoenix - 1901 - A Take Away Show from
La Blogotheque on Vimeo. and instead of overloading
you with videos, just go watch the other one here.
until next time.
